Last year I had a lot of time on the shore because I keep tearing the ligaments in my ankles .I got a new set of zues bindings coming and while waiting for them to arrive tore my medial ligament again .They were cannons CWB
Question .
Would shifting my new bindings further to the toeside help . Because when I'm falling the damage seems to get done from over strecthing while going over the front toe edge.
I'm 6.3" tall and have size xl bindings so I get lots of load on my ankles.
Any suggestions would be sweet cause the seasons only just starting .Cheers

Martin, Wrap your ankles with tape like the American football players do. It will be hard to get the bindings on, but at least you'll have some support.

Hope you heal soon.

I'd say get some bindings with incredible support, I use the CWB Vibe's and they work well for me. I broke my ankle a couple years back and the thing that has helped is exercising and playing soccer a lot.
