Week at Shasta (video)

I just spent 8 days at Shasta and it was a blast!
We stayed at antlers up at the north end of the sacramento river arm because we have an rv. The lake was empty and everything was good until they made the whole upper half of the sac arm a no ski zone or 5mph zone. I had never really cared if the water was low or not before, but this really sucked because it made it a 10 minute drive to sugarloaf (the marina had to be moved mid trip) and then a 20 minute boat drive to get the rideable area but then that was horrid. But of course we have our spots.

If you are going to shasta you should house boat it or stay off the sac arm.

I was able to get my sister's boyfriend to film for two sets so here is a video of that.

Nice riding. Antlers is nice but yeah the Sac arm sucks and not just when the water is low. The pit is by far the best riding on Shasta.
