so my husband took the boat up to Tahoe today to do the mussel inspection and when he got to the front of the line at the inspection area they asked him to start it and when he tryed to start it it wouldn't turn over its a 1996 Hydrodyne Grand Sport with a P.C.M GT40 could someone please tell me what could be wrong. Plus how it could be fixed.

More info is needed. Did it try to turn over? Is the battery good? Safety laniard in place? etc... Post more info so we can help you diagnose.

good news the battery cables where just mixed up

hes lucky it didnt fry the ECM!
