So I got a pair of Pro 80's today but I have no clue how to hook them up. I have wires coming out of the tower from my amp and it looks like there is some sort of plug that goes into the speaker. Am I missing a piece that my speaker wire needs to go into then plugged into the speakers? Also, what amp do they recommend running the Pro 80's

Thanks
chris

Chris,

Here is the user manual just in case http://www.wetsounds.com/pages/products/PRO80.html

There should be a speakon connector with the speaker. There is instructions on how to wire the connector in the manual.

As for amps. http://www.wetsounds.com/pages/products/SYN2.html

That is our SYN2 which is matched to run a pair or tow pairs of 80's. It will do 200 x 2. Always try to run as close to the rms ratings as you can. The PRO 80's are 200 watts rms.

So the SYN2 or an amp that can do 200 rms or close to it.

If you still have questions, give us a call at 877-938-7757 and ask for Gyver in tech support
