Which board racks are best ?

Have a 07 Centurion with extreme tribal tower and OEM racks made by Aztec Machine Co. Broke the round pivoting bracket that holds the rack onto the bar clamp and can't locate a source for replacement. Fineline says they no longer have them available and Aztec says they haven't made anything for Fineline in a couple years so they don't have either. Other than welding job, considering replacing with aftermarket rack. Please recommend a good brand / model. Does anyone have a bungeeless aftermarket model ( similar to a mastercraft rack) that works as well ? Otherwise whats a good bungee type rack ?
