with that box in the side compartment of the engine area, is there any room for ballast? Or is it contained underneath that floor?

sweet install..

David....the boat has hard tanks and the box doesn't take up much room

Very nice. Are you concerned with getting the changer wet? I put everything in passenger storage area, but forgot about the cup holders having drain holes in them and fried my changer.I think.

Cheap equipment, I know

The CD Changer is actually located under the whole armrest assembly and keeps it out of the elements and actually does quite well. We all know of the concern having the radio in the armrest, but the CD Changer is actually protected better than the radio.
The only Changer I would use would be the Sony, due to it having electronic skip protection (10 second memory buffer)...this allows for the dual 12" subs to be mounted so close, as well as not be affected by Rough Water. It actually works quite well, and is beyond convenient!

That looks awesome, I love a clean install. What did you do with the batterys?

You used the entire rear storage compartments for subs. Where do you plan on putting additional ballast? I don't even see a wedge. Maybe you will be able to rattle yourself a wake. Good luck! Nice job!

I don't think the profile picture is his boat anymore, seeing that the tower on the two boats is different.

Rich,
Where did you get that fuse block. I have been looking for one like that myself. Also what gauge wire are you running (+/-) to power your amps.
