How big is your amp for running tower speakers? I have the Clarion amp running 2 speakers up on the tower and I can just barely hear them. I would have thought that this would be plenty.

I have about 800 watts pushing 2 6x9's and 4 6.25s. It seems to work out pretty well. You really need a lot of power to the tower speakers to hear them over the engine and wind. The only problem is that the rest of the lake can hear them as well.

I have a kicker 800 watt amp pushing 4 kicker 6by9s and can hear every lyric while boarding at 80 feet.
