Just curious if anyone has it? I currently have a '05 Tahoe with the 4.8L and am looking to get something a little more powerful. I have been looking at older diesel vans, E350's, and then getting a small car, Fusion or Mustang, to drive to work and school. At school I have to park in a parking garage so I thought the idea of having the small car would be ideal. With two cars I would have to get a cheap high mile van.

I recently found a 2500 Suburban with quadrasteer and was wondering if anyone has one. Do you think I could get the Suburban with quadrasteer in the parking garage space at school? I have been told that it turns almost as good as a small Saturn 2dr coupe.

What do you guys think? I could have the best vehicle for towing and comfort and still be able to park in the parking garage...

Thanks,
Ryan

Yes they can turn on a dime. A buddy of mine had a gmc 1500 hd with the 4 wheel steering and it could turn better than my explorer. The only bad thing is if you ever take it off road be very careful. We were climbing down in arkansas and on the way out we had to go through a rough patch and he broke the rear steering arm. It is out in the open and looks like it could happen pretty easy. But if you dont plan to take it off road then you are ok. It was by far the best truck i have ever driven. Parking it was like parking a honda civic.

It looks stuck. :-) The truck was great off-road except for the placement of the rear steering rod. I wish we had pics of it on the tow truck. It was bigger than tow truck.

My Dad has the quadrasteer! Its an incredible truck to drive, makes backing, parking, everything easy! He loves the new chevys but won't buy one because they stopped making the QDsteer!

I have quadrassteer and love it. Only complaint (and it is minor) is that i hear more noises, clicks and clacks coming from the rear end...no obiggie though. You do have to be careful while towing, dont turn too sharp!
