has anyone tried CD VSO1 bindings?

Yep, that's Randy's new boot. I personally wouldn't like it I don't think. I had the AS01 and wasn't really impressed with the stiffness of the upper material. The footbed was really nice, but the rest of the binding didn't suit me. I don't think the Vandall's boot will be as stiff, but from the look of it it's gonna come up really high on the leg, and that would just annoy me. So, I'm not much of a fan. It looks like a winter boot to me - not something to wear in the summer.

If you can get a chance though, I'd suggest trying on some of the other CD bindings to get a feel for them and see if they're right for you.

i ride 03 parks. im looking for something with snugger fit around the toes and forefoot. being a full lace job, i think i could get the snugger fit with the VSO1.

does anyone know an online site that sells them?

I haven't seen them anywhere, I don't think they're released yet.
