Now before anyone posts you are a dumbass, I would like an honest opinion.

Has anyone wakesurfed using a 90-96 ski nautique?

If yes, what is your set up weight wise? and what type of board did you use?

I know its a little boat, but I've been told it can be done.

I ride behind a '94 ski and I use a 500lb sack behind the doghouse and a 250 down the side. Best setup would also have 4 -5 people in the boat.
The wake is better driver side, but functional both sides. If it is washing out on you, move people up the gunnel towards the bow. (for example, with 4 people in the boat, leave one in the back corner, 1 up the gunnel mid boat and one in the spotter seat)
We use a few different boards - you don't need anything special or too big - but the pocket is pretty small. You can surf anywhere from the swim grid to about 5-10ft back.
You can't compare it to my buddies x-2 or anything, but there is plenty of wake to surf.
Have fun and let me know if you have anymore questions.
