I spoke to some of the riders this morning (Fri 7am EST) which is Friday 9 pm there. All I could get was Courtney Angus (AUS), Brian Brech (USA), Austin Langston (USA), Mike Van Patten (USA) won their divisions. In Jr men all 3 Americans advanced- Austin Hair, Adam Errington and Devin Rogers. Danny Tholander is hurt and is on crutches. I think he hurt his ankle riding with Jeff Weatherall and some guys over there. That has to be disappointing. The action gets heavy tomorrow (tonight here) with all the pros riding. The wakeskate lake is said to be really cool. It is like a skateboard street park with some really cool obstacles. They are using a PWC to pull it. They will have 2 rounds of wakeskating Saturday. I will probably get Jr Men results and 1st round of wakeskate posted tonight around midnight. I will try to get some of the other divisions results too but my sources (except Barrett) are a bit sketchy at times and are too busy having fun to pay much attention. Jr Boys, Boys and Jr women Finals are Sat morning too so I will try to get those results.

I apologize for not having the current results from Worlds. Getting results from a WWA event is just really ridiculous. I'm calling and emailing everybody, so hopefully I'll have something soon.

Tell me about it. That is why I call the riders each day to see if they can keep me posted. They are slightly better but not much. I think it would be easier if they held these things in Russia or somewhere there are less distractions and these guys could focus on getting us the results. Unfortunately they seem to be having too much fun.

You know, that's why I had a blast at the nationals. I was able to see everything myself, get some highlights, and report on my own and post it all in a timely manner. I think it was mentioned on the gravity games thread, but it sucks when there really isn't any sort of rundown, like what hot tricks were thrown, etc. David hair, I think I met you at the nationals event. I sat next to you at the "celebrity dodgeball" event and i was all concerned about my shades.

David, how many Jr. mens made the trip from the U.S. Alex wanted to go but it was a big ticket. Did Austin win his heat?

OK- I had a bad line and only got Jr Men. I will try again in the morning. Randy: 3 American Jr men went and all 3 have made it to finals Sunday. Austin, Errington and Devin Rogers. Brad Smealey from NZ also. Wakeskate- No rounds today (Sat) All will be done tomorrow. Pros are riding now but I am going to bed.

Here all I got. These are the finals Men's Pro Soven Webb Weatherall Women's Copeland Amber Wing Andrea Fountain Jr Men Smealey (NZ) Errington Hair Wakeskate- No update I have no idea what happened to Dallas. I am sure it will be a hot topic of conversation. SHe has been hurt so I am would have to assume it is due to an injury that would keep Dallas off the podium.

Hey does anyone know the results for the girls,jr women and boys division? You would think they would have all the results posted as soon as the results are final? Thanks...

wakeskate- Austin said it would probably be an all USA podium. He did not have results. All I know is he made finals and said he had an outside shot at podium and the course was a blast

I have been told that Dallas hurt herself badly on an OHH in her run. She got up and finished her pass but was transported to the hospital and had to fly home first class right away. (She had to lie down the whole time) She is now under her drs care in Orlando. Dallas, our thoughts and prayers are with you!!
