so i bent my prop obviously. and i took it to a local place here and they told me it cannot be fixed (i live in iowa mind you) so my question is, is this really not fixble or can it be done. im pretty sure ive seen much worse cases. if you know a place hit me up with a link or someway i can reach them and maybe send it out or something. thanks!
yeah i hit the stupid mississippi. i hate rivers with a passion. and as far as waterloo boats, no i havent... i thought they only deal with aluminum props. but ill check thanks. do you live in clear lake jamie?
That is not repairable. Typically if you bend a prop that close to the shaft then it is a no go. It looks to me that your prop is bent right by the shaft on more than one blade. I work at a Nautique dealership and see alot of props come in here that are torn up and bent but even if the blade has been ripped up a 1/4 inch from the tip they can still fix it. Just not if the blade is bent to close to the shaft. I could be wrong just basing my opinion on what I have seen and been told. Hope things work out for you.
