I just got back from riding and i had my ballast half full and the wake was really weird but pretty big, then we filled it up to full and the wake was all screwy, one side was flat white water and the other was really steep, got any ideas?
i dont have any fat sacs besides my friends, but which way should i turn? normally i turn to the side on which the rider is on, should i fill all the ballast and have ppl sit on one side?
o nvm i mistaked this thread with my wakesurf one, but yeah i noticed how one persons weight can really change the wake but the wake was really weird, it was extremely steep and it wasnt a good launch
You need more weight in the front of the boat to make the wake less steep. Then move people side to side to balance out. Some boats are very sensitive to side to side weight, I have about 100 pounds of weights that I can move easily. If that is not enough I ask people to move.
yeah i realized that one person can change the wake, but for some reason my center ballast went down to half full and wouldnt fill up, has any else ever had this problem?
