I've broken my Tibia, sprained my ankle, jacked my shoulder, gotten stiches, and tweaked my neck. All of the injuries were not from inverts, but from just screwing around (big air). Just curious what the most common injury is, and what the most common way to get injured is.

I have ben knocked out a few good times just from hitting the water so hard. i have also got my shoulder pulled out of socket and if you on a scarecrow and have a bad takeoff and dont make it around from my experince your nuts get rocked hard core. but i would say the most comon injury is just head injurys from geting your head snaped around so hard if u catch an edge or take the board to the back of the head

Hence I always wear a helmet, it is like clock work. I put on my vest and helmet, and don't even notice I am doing it anymore.

i haven't had this trouble with wakeboarding as much as biking, I never hurt myself on my bike jumping, its alays doing some dumb little thing like a stopie or a wheely, if you wear a helmet you can't get hurt.
