2006 Murray binding replacements?.... love the boa

So my Murrays sprung a flat (broken boa cable) and Hyperlite wont fix them outside 2 years so they are sending me a replacement cable (which was very cool of them) and Ill try to do it myself. Got me looking at new bindings and what I love so much about these bindings is that I can overtighten my ankle. I like it to the point of cutting off circulation where there is ABSOLUTELY no shifting around in them... wanted some advice out there in comparable bindings.

Got my eye on the new system Marek bindings...but not sure I want to cough up the dough for new tech quite yet....

...not looking for anything right away, my riding season ended a few weeks ago with a torn patellar tendon... blah... my wakeboarding now consists of sitting here in my kneebrace surfing wakeworld...

I loved the 06 Murrays and the locked down/snowboot feeling too. I have 09 Ronix Cells now and couldn't be happier.

I plan to eke out as much time as possible from my 06 Murrays until they finally give out ... and then ... I guess ... I'll change

If you like a lot of upper ankle support like I do. I ride the byerly pros and I also have a pair of audios both good bindings, but I rode the new systems a few weeks ago and there worth every penny thats the way I'm going for sure

which set of systems did you try out?

On my second pair of 06 Murrays. They're so gelly and comfortable.

Just to give you a heads up, THE System bindings with boots are going to be cheaper than a typical closed toe binding from this year.
