1986..the boat says BAREFOOT NAUTIQUE in the center..then 2001 on the transom

I think the Barefoot has the 454 instead of the 351 but the hull is the same.

I dont think its the same. You may want to check with everyone over on the2001.com

Also this might help... its the 87 brochure and there is a different section for the barefoot and the ski.

They are not the same the barefoot has a VERY deep V all the way to the back the 2001 does not

tbe hull is different, ive heard not as good for wakeboarding though

hull is way different. barefoot has lifting strakes and a deep v. wake is supposed to be good on a barefoot, not as good as 2001, but good.

88201 has it right. Very deep v with strakes and a 454.
Great barefoot table and a respectable wakeboard wake.
