I'm 6'1" riding 22" wide. Wider seems to be most comfortable.

Your method of measuring width would depend on stance angle. Bigger angles bring the heels together, making the stance smaller. But I'm a big 6', and I ride all the way out, pretty sure thats 25", and +/- 15 degrees.

If your over 5'10 less than 25 in is aweful you mesure the distance between the outside inserts. 26.5 is primo!!!! new ronix one can go out to 27.5!!!! but ronix sucks buy GATOR!!!!!!

You measure from centre to centre on your bindings, between the inserts. 25" is a pretty common max stance width. But you're right, Ronix sucks. Parks, Danny, Chad, Ruck, Ollie Derome, and Dean Smith have no idea what they're doing and ride crap.

sorry but you mesure from the outside so the base plate size doesnt effect the measurement. Sorry the ronix team doesn't suck but the overly large stances combined with the thin profile of the board they beak easily. ugrom.

Where did you hear that you measure from the outside? Ronix doesnt have any larger stance width than Gator or any other company. Have you had several negative experiences with Ronix boards?

(Outside holes - inside holes) / 2 is the standard method.

23-26" would be standard for most. I ride 24-25.5 and half based on the board size and available stances.

mmm i dont know why i care. maybe its cause ive had stance problems and so have many of my friends have also. Lets use ronix for example since they do list their stance sizes. http://timesprintingdigital.com/a/?K...page=19&zoom=1 All i was saying is stance widths change depending on what brands you buy and how to get a consistant stance. Didnt mean to offend ronix lovers but wakeboards should be simple not have airplane parts and 7 hundred diffrent channels. They break to easly and cost so much. Good stances though!! haha Didnt mean to disrupt your thread accidentlly posted my stance thoughts rather agressively i suppose. i wear sz 32 jeans, sz 36 boards. Im that guy ha. oh P.S. the lyman 139 has a 26 in stance its good and my friend Nick has a Brostock one for sale. He is trying to get new DJ speakers.

Nick Galotifiore
ok. 2010 limited edition brostock Lyman 139 for $250.. and a regular beat up Lyman 139 for $50. trying to make some extra money. hit me up if you're interested. 7574092543

I'd measure my stance Cory but my stuff is not at the house. However, I know I'm all the way out and 6'00" but I'm a noob and riding still suck . By the way, when you rode my Slingshot Reflex the bindings were all the way out...looked like you had fun on it until we couldn't see you at the end of the rope it got so dark
