What Fox channel? Which players? What show? That's funny because now that the season is pretty much over, I just put in some interview requests to some players that I know wakeboard.

Dave, I just caught the tail end of it. It was on the NFL show mid morning here in L.A. regular Fox channel. One of the players was from the Rams. I don't remember there names.

Was it Adam Archuleta? That's who I'm trying to get an interview with. I believe Tim Dwight (Chargers) is also a wakeboarder.

Was it the NFL Sunday show with James Brown, Terry, Howie and Jimmy? I sort of bailed on football this week because my Rams got beaten (don't get me started on the necessity of firing Mike Martz), so I didn't even watch the pre-game show. I can't believe they would have wakeboarding on it the one time that I miss it!

Junior Seau was in an old wakeboarding magazine (1996). But I don't know if he still plays football...I'm not all that into it.

Not NFL, but Nick Saban (LSU head coach) had "dock incident" after coming off the water from wakeboarding. Slipped, fell, knocked himself out, and went into water unconscious. Here's the article:
"SABAN ACCIDENT: LSU football coach Nick Saban was knocked unconscious about two weeks ago when he fell from his boat and hit his head against a dock.
The accident happened in a lake near his vacation home in Georgia, Saban said.
He said he woke up 8 feet under water and paddled toward the surface, where one of the two friends he was with pulled him out.
Saban needed 25 stitches to close cuts in his ear and the back of his head. The stitches have been removed.
Saban said he was carrying a wakeboard and standing on the ski deck of his boat, something he had done "a thousand times." He slipped and said the next thing he remembered was waking up on the bottom of the lake."

HA HA, the AWA has accused all mormons of being good wakeboarders... it's all fun an games though
(oh, and Heap can drink and swear, but i'm sure he chooses not to b/c of his standards)
