my wife gave me an electric flag for my birthday and it looks hard to install anybody got any hints or know who will install it? I have a wakeair tower

Thanks for the help i was goin to send it back cause of the hassle of mounting it but i talked a buddy of mine into helping me(18 pack of beer), we knock it out in a few hrs.
