Anyone heard of the heat riser gaskets wearing out and dumping water into the eng? I thought I have heard this before..IS THIS A SOMETHING I NEED TO WORRY ABOUT? Or replace now? Jet

if they are leaking on the outside then they are leaking on the inside. look for rust streaks running down

Normally its the riser/manifold it self corroding at the gasket point and allowing water into the engine.

If your unsure of the condition pull them off and inspect.

replace the gaskets,
