Well it's here the MN season started for a bunch of people yesterday so crazy March 18th!!

Got me thinking about MN Spring Ride already. Who's all going? Who's bringing up their boat this year? Who wants to bring a cooler and beer and hang out in mine?

I heard the hotel is removing the hold on rooms. Any other new details?

I will most certainly be there. yes, the resort said they will be removing the hold on the rest of the rooms. As of Saturday there was only 1 townhouse and 1 cabin left. Additionally, there was about 8 lodge (hotel) rooms left. The reason they are removing the hold is because they have a lot of people asking to make reservations for that weekend, so it will probably sell out quickly.

This year we have Red Bull hosting our double-up contest for us. There is $6000 on the line, with lots of chances to win cash!

the payouts for the double-up contest will go something close to this:
Best Trick 1st Place - $2500
Best Trick 2nd Place - $750
Best Trick 3rd Place - $500
Biggest Air - $1000
Best Crash - $250

All contestants will compete individually for the above payouts.

Additionally, they will earn points towards a team prize. There will most likely be 3 teams of 5 riders max. The team with the most cumulative points will earn an additional Team Cash prize of $1000 to split evenly.

Be sure to get your rooms reserved asap! 218-426-5040.

We won't be making it up there this year, as we have another little guy due to be born right around that time. I suppose we could just ask Colin if he would be able to deliver the baby if need be.....

You guys will have a great time if it is anything like last year, that was a blast!

Used to back a few years ago. Haven't been taking any the last three years. I will however be hitting them a ton the next 6 weeks! Why do u ask? I doubt I stand a chance in the actual competition but think it would be fun to ride and support the comp!

That's some big cash! I wish our Redbull reps over here didn't suck. In Cali they act like they don't have any money.

Jarrod, our Red Bull guy here in Minnneapolis is awesome. Also, big props to MarineMax for footing out half of the prize payout, as well as a lot of additional money and resources for other things.

Yep, the plan is to have it pull the dubs, at the very least.

Only 4 more days to go. Not only is the weather forecast looking amazing, it is also confirmed that a G23 will be arriving in MN early Friday morning for our event.

Just an update that we are going to be using two neighboring lakes for our riding...Minnewawa and Horseshoe.

Not sure if it's been mentioned on here yet - Danny Harf will be there, and it sounds like Levi Lavalle will be hanging out with us at some point as well.

Here's the G23 that will be there. It's the exact same color as mine (which will be here in about 2 weeks).
