Drove by Pyramid sunday and saw zero boats out, sunny warmish day and the lake flat and deserted.
Whats up? That certainly won't help the overcrowding issues on our lakes, Well I guess I did the right thing buying into Ski West lakes in Arvin this weekend.

You need about 9 feet to get a really nice wake. Are they going to be that deep after the dredging?

they must have dredged the lakes since ive been there then. i used to spend every weekend out there about 3 years ago and then they were only 3-5 feet deep.

I have not been on any of the 3 lakes yet but 1 is very shalow prob. under 5' and 2 is about the same but 3 is the deeper one and it is 6'+. they will only be made another 2 feet or so deeper I am told. They do own land for a future lake 4 that would be the deepest, problem is there are skiers on these lakes and they actually want shalow water so there wake is smaller.
If any you want 12-14' water you can buy in at Paradise lakes next door but it is big $, $500K plus for the lot and house then $500 per mo. maintanance dues.
