Has anyone else had the frame of their One's twist. Im usually a big supporter of Ronix and specifically their bindings but this isnt good. Both bindings have twisted at the frame in an S shape. When mounted the heel is lifted a half inch on the inside and the toe a half inch on the outside. Im currently working with both Ronix and the local dealer to solve the issue but I was just wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem. One Ronix customer service rep tryed to tell me that is was user error, saying that I didnt tighten my bolts each time which couldnt be any farther from the truth. I will post more as I get more waranty info. Oh, and I forgot to mention they are still not a year old.

hmmm that is really weird... i broke two Ronix one boards last summer..Ronix was awesome and now I am currently on the 2012 one ATR.. but i have the 2010 one bindings myself and my spacers are completely shot when i try to screw the tooless botls think my screws are to long and I am not getting a flush mount my toes and heels to my board. There is a signifigant lift in both heels.. i think thats why i broke two boards... but i guess i need to sit them on a flat surface and see if they are warped. I am hoping i can get some spacers on my screws and it will make fix the issue.. we shall see

Some times you will need spacers when you cross board and boot brands but I never heard of this within the same manufacturers line up. I have '10 Ronix Ones and my '11 LF Witness and they work perfectly.

Yep. My friend had the same problem with S shaped frames this year after second run only. Switched to another brand.

Two pairs of Ones, the first are 08 snd second are 10. Not a single issue exept bolts were too long for LF and CWB boards. Had to use spacers so bolt would'nt bottom out. My favorite binding ever. (so far)

Ronix has excellent customer service! Wouldn't be surprised if you end up with a new pair plus some Ronix swag. A clip broke of my Ronix Ones, and ronix sent me a new clip with express shipping and a shirt free. Plus the boots are the best pair ive ever had.
