I have a 20 foot I/O too. I recently got a 550-600 pound sac for the rear compartment and about a 400 pound for the bow. If you put weight in the back make sure you put some weight in the front or else it will be hard to get on a plane and will be very bouncy in chop. the 60/40 rule is what i followed and it works well. 60% in back, 40% in the bow.
