Which is louder with the appropriate power, 2 pairs of 6.5" speakers or 1 pair of evid 6.2?

holy smokes...i made a full circle.
We sold our boat a while back and are in the process of getting another one. i got a pair of double bullet speaker cans for christmas for the next ride but am wondering about the evids again.

those are a smaller speaker and are likely to be inadequate by most riders' standards.
