Winter 07/08

This winter I plan on taking all online classes through my college and moving down to either winterhaven or orlando for about 3 months and I was just wondering if anyone has a place on/near water and/or a boat that will be renting rooms out or anything.... the original plan was my friend and I bring our boat and get a place together but he just bought a house so I might just have to go it alone....

any help or ideas would be great, just let me know, thanks !
