Good Boarding boat for around $25,000

Im looking for a dependable used boat with ballast, tower, perfect pass, v-drive, openbow, and puts out a GOOD wake. The only good boat i've been behind was an 04' super air nautique so i dont know what other boats are good. Ofcourse all the boats i like are out of my price range. ive had my eye on a mobius LSV or XLV but can't find any in my price range. Are there any good boats around for $25,000 with all that????
