This is pretty amazing! There is an article on the front page of today's Wall Street Journal about wakesurfing!! Here is the online link...

lots of very misinformed people posting comments on there. cabin cruisers, baja's, 25ft cobalts, pontoons with 15 passengers are just a few types of boats that make more shore crashing waves than my 21ft Tige.

my favorite is the guy that says " surfer keeping up with the boat yeah Id like to see that". i guess his google must be broke :-)

My favorite is the guy they quoted in the actual article:

“You’re standing a few feet from the back of the boat, you can hear the music, your friends throw you a beer,” he says.

Sounds like an "extreme sport" to me....

Cause he hurt himself wakeboarding
"In that sport, he says, a fall onto water whizzing past at more than 20 miles an hour felt like hitting concrete."
