I was considering pulling my prop and having it machined since I've got a few dings in it. In the process, I was thinking that I could have the pitch changed a tad to give a bit more hole-shot, without the $400 expense of a new prop. Has anyone done this with success, or is re-pitching your prop not a normally recommended thing, and I should just bite the bullet and spring for the new one if I want a better pull with lots of ballast? Thanks.
