Here's a preview of what's to come in Lightroom 3.
Big thing looks to be camera/lens profiling so that you can correct for fisheye distortion, horizontal and vertical distortion, etc. They'll be releasing a free application that will allow you to create profiles for point n shoots and uncommon lenses so you can correct issues w/ Zeiss lenses or, presumably, a cameraphone.
