Awesome event! Well coordinated and executed! Great meeting everyone in person. Weather was nice, double-up contest was sweet. The Pros tore it up! Everything was puuurrfect! A must attend event in 2007!

heres a lesson in good karma... coming back in on saturday mid day we found a wallet w/ 101$ in it razor phone and pack of smokes someone left on the dock, long story short it we had a ton of fun looking for the owner and it was an even crazier turn of events how we found the owner and we met some really nice people in the process!!! thanks for all the good weather,good times, and give aways. id say we made off pretty dang good.

Thank You David Williams. It was awesome to see you at this event. I know I appreaciate the discussion board and wakeworld website which has given all of us a way to communicate with other riders and allow us to come together.

CIE thank you very much for not only putting on one of the best events I have been to in years but also at my most favorite lake. I had a great time and was amazed at how well organize the event was. From the huge Red Bull Tent and outdoor booth setups to the gatherings, events, and support from so many riders. Great times.

The Weather: Anyone that decided not to attend reeeeally missed out. Blue skies, warm temps, and no wind Saturday! For those of you that rarely see Tulloch, that section of water in front of the resort is rarely flat on weekends. We saw the lake glassed out several times. We even had good water for the double ups.

As for the Raffle: You boys up in the front CAME UP! You guys should buy lottery tickets while you're hot!!

We're all very happy with the way the CIE Spring Ride turned out. We're more than satisfied with the turnout, the entertainment, the sponsors, everything.

We learned a lot and we're already talking about plans for next year. We have a potential large sponsor for the 2007 Double Up contest that will raise the stakes a lot. Saturday night we asked for some feedback on the format from the riders, so we have some ideas on how to make it even better next year.

I don't know about a Fall Ride, but we should talk about an unofficial camping trip or something to conclude the season so we can all hook up again.

I also want to point out that the Parking lot was beyond packed, the dance floor and bar were packed, every boat slip was full at one point, and every hotel room was booked and packed with people. That place was at 150% of capacity!

Wow, wow, wow!! That was such a fun event!! For the last few years I've been meaning to make it up to Nor Cal to meet all the great WakeWorld folks up there and I'm glad I picked this event to finally make an appearance. I can't remember the last time I had that much fun.

However, the best part was meeting soooooo many WakeWorlders. Most of them I "know" through their posts only and it was great to put the names to the faces. I met so many great people and had a blast with every one of them!!

I want to thank everybody who introduced themselves and helped me have a great time. I'll admit that there are some hazy memories from some parts of the weekend, but everything that I remember was all good!! I apologize if I offended anybody with my dancing (or anything else for that matter) and appreciate you all putting up with me!

Thanks to CIE and all the sponsors and volunteers for making it happen. And whoever is in charge of the weather...keep up the good work. It was funny to see all the sunburned faces and shoulders at the bar on Saturday night!! I don't think anybody even thought to bring sunscreen.

My favorite quote of the weekend is when Walt was expressing how surprised he was when he met me. I asked him what he meant by that and he said, "I expected you to be more...errr...conservative."

Props to CIE great event. The weather was pretty amazing except for friday night. Other than that it was awesome. Good to meet everyone I did and to those I didn't theres always next time.

CIE Crew- thanks for all your hard work and time spent in organizing this event.. All the awesome companies who donated products to the raffle! You made so many peoples weekends! Whoever runs and works at the resort you did a great job.. IMO this was the perfect place to hold this event.. From what i remember the evenings were off the hook!! i just wish i could have gotten a good seat and watched DS2 in a quiet area all bymyself! i cant wait to get that vid..It was nice to be able to put so many faces to the names i see posting here.. We definetly need a fall get together!! I nominate Dave to organize a WW Fall/end of summer event...

lol....Mike my man....you know I got nothing but love but those double ups were hella funny. They were huge and long. I thought they shuld have been a little tighter and they would have been better. Its all good. I cant imagine driving for a professional rider who is picky as hell. I am sure every rider wants it exactly the way they are used to at home which would be very hard to replicate given the short amount of time between rider and driver. You did good. Especially when double ups are a move that is accomplished all on timing. Driver and rider must be in synch as to they way they like their double ups. Like you said....Good times. My 2nd year in attendance and I couldn't complain about the however many something like 1600 miles I traveled to get there. It was again great to meet so many faces to poster names and it was a hella good time.

I'm just going to give a blanket thanks here but thanks to everyone that helped make this happen for me. From the event organizers, to people that put me up, took me out, offered courtesy and friendship, and put up with me thank you.

I'm hoping that I can arm bar work into allowing me to make this trip a yearly thing, but who knows all the friendships I keep making I might have to pack my bags and move closer.
