My father currently owns a 2004 Chaparral Sunesta 254, and I doubt we'll be getting a wakeboard boat anytime soon.

I have two problems: I either have to ride at 24 mph without hitting the wake as hard as I can to clear it
-If I ride at that speed, or any other speed, the wake isn't nearly as tall/rampy as the only wakeboard boat I've ever ridden, a Malibu 23LSV.

Please let me know what I can do to help make my wake as best as possible to thin it, without losing the height.
I have no expectations to have a wake as good as the Malibu, but my wake has made it very hard to learn new tricks when you have to charge the wake every time just to clear it.

Thanks!

Probably easiest to shorten your rope up, unless you've already done that... You will hit the wake closer to the boat where the wake hasn't spread out as much.

Brett - first get the speed right then adjust rope length
