Sack up Dude!

Up here you either deal with a little adverse weather or you don't ride.

Forecast for this weekend 55 and partly cloudy.

Heh..you were the first person
I thought of when I typed Seattle Cliff.

I gave up on winter riding. At the very least in the winter you expect to get flat water. We've had a windy winter.

This is worse....a couple weeks ago, we had temps in the low 80's, water temp around 60....wetsuits were fine. Now the temps have been back down, and water is back down to 52. For the month, we've had 10 days ABOVE average, and 18 days BELOW average temps. Temps are slowly coming back up for the weekend....low 70's. The good signs are more sun, pollen, and the grass is turning green. March has been like a big tease!

Sorry for your luck.....It's going to be Low 80's air and mid 70's water.

G to the A to the Y GAY!! We're supposed to get rain on our Demo down here too. I am so over this crap, last year at this time we were wearing spring suits and getting sun burnt.

Ya wind sucks big time! It's never worth it to try in ride in blown out water. The last three times we've gone out I've gotten hosed because of the wind.

I sure as hell hope it stops raining down there. It's gonna suck if we fly down and have the same weather conditions as we do at home.

our lake is just about thawed, I'm going out to get the track and pier in this weekend. If there's just slush left and I can find enough fools to get in the boat, we'll be out..
S.E. Wisconsin in March-April...cold but worth it

jesus... I sincerely feel sorry for you guys, although we REALLY need the rain here in Tampa... the last time it rained was right before the super bowl.

Tomorrow: Mainly sunny. High 86F. Winds SE at 5 to 10 mph.

Tomorrow night: A few clouds early, but generally clear. Low 63F. Winds E at 5 to 10 mph.

Friday: A few clouds. Highs in the mid 80s and lows in the low 60s.

Saturday: Sunshine. Highs in the mid 80s and lows in the low 60s.

Sunday: Abundant sunshine. Highs in the mid 80s and lows in the low 60s

sorta sounds... perfect. Water temp is in the mid-upper 70s. No wetsuits... ever.

Yeah, it's a cold day in the Florida Keys when the water temp is below 80. Were there a few weeks ago to visit family and they were saying the water was too cold! Then back to Sacramento and I'm beggin' for water temp to get to 60! And a little sun wouldn't suck either...

Jeff your going to need more than that. I heard the water was like 53 up there. Well a sissy like me would use a drysuit.

Squid... if I had one I'd be wearing it in that temp, it's 11.6 degrees C or way too cold! I seriously don't know if the water is that cold in May when I get in.

I bought a new boat a week ago. its been on again off again in redding all the way up till i bought my boat. sunday 75 sunny all day. I was dreaming about the lake monday warm all day till about 5 when i rolled out of the dealership with my new supreme and it started raining. now for a week its been raining non stop. and now a forcast of 2 more weeks of rain. these are the worst weeks of my life!! new boat cant even get it wet. well in the lake i cant. the rain has no problems doing it. I'm going crazy. every time i look at my boat now i want to cry. sorry guys im venting. everyone cross fingers for some warm weather cause when it gets here i wont even need a trailer cause im never comin off the lake.

Sam, I know how ou feel. Last year we bought our boat around this time and we had to wait 2 freakin weeks to take it out. I would come home and sit in it and crank up the stereo and pretend I was out on the lake.

well I think we may have a decent weather for spring ride. I have been bummed a little thinking it may rain the entire weekend but now the forcast is changing and it now it only show a 20 % chance of rain on Sat and 30 % on Sunday with a partly cloud forcast. :-) For the weather we have been having in the bay area I will take it happily. I cant wai to dump the boat in, crank some beats, and bust some tweaks/grabs/pokes. Hope all is well and look forward to seeing everyone. CIE (Evan, J-rod, Al, Billy) thank you for setting up this event, schedule, and spring ride weekend!
Isaac
