The wake is really good, people say its between the X-Star and Super Air, I say its a whole lot closer to the Super air. Here are a few pics I snapped, rider is Jay Prock.

kinda looks like the steering wheel interferes with the throttle lever.

Has anyone seen a picture of an actual production boat yet?

Jon, pretty sure Alan is a dealer for Epic....it may be a production boat.

On this boat the wheel comes withing 1/2 inch of hitting the throttle, but on the production boats this is fixed, throttle is moved back. I am so mad that I did not get any exterior shots of the boat, it was beautiful, black hull and white deck.

An Epic is suppose to make an appearance this weekend at our Midwest Militia Demo Event. I'm interested to see it, and I'll take as many pics as I can...hopefully a quick set too.

i thought this smelled like a dealer post. this whole project is still interesting, but i for one am getting tired of all the hype and teasers. seriously, how can you post this thread without putting up a good shot of the wake?

I actually have about 200+ pictures of the rider and the wake is in a lot of the pictures. Every picture is 4mb+. I downsized some of the pics to send to Jay and decided to go ahead post them here on wakeworld too, because I thought they were cool shots. I am a wakeboarder first and formost, but I just happen to be a dealer too. We were interested in the Epic and had the opportunity to go check one out(ride behind it). Hype and Teasers, come on dude, we are just all excited about a new boat design and its coming along nicely, call it enthusiasm, not hype. I was litterally in the boat the whole time so the only time I saw the sides of the boat was while I was riding, and i am not going to ride with a $3k camera. The only time I really saw the boat docked was when we went to Steph Tor's house, but right when we got there we started building a slider in her back yard (got a new winch) and I didn't have time to get my camera out of the boat. I will go to my mac some time today and try to find some wake pics, but I am telling you, just as with most boats, the pictures do not do it any justice!

Here you go.

BTW, this is not a produciton boat. I think this is boat 3.

1. The black one
2. Camo DVS
3. Black hull white top.

As far as I know, production has begun and they may have turned out 2 or 3. The rep told me that they could have a prodution boat to me by July.

Wake looks big, but not clean. I'm sure that's the rough water though.

Anyone know what radio Head Unit and Remote is in the Epic?

I am pretty sure it was Kenwood, it also had iPod controls in that little remote in the dash. The Transom audio is sweet too, almost forgot, pretty loud, not NVS loud, but definitly regular tower speaker loud.
