Help can't post pictures

I don't know how to shrink my pictures. I've tried on my own by can't figure it out. I have a PC with windows xp. I went back in search to check and only found one post. They said use photoshop. I don't have that. Please help.

if you want email your pic to me, Ill shrink it to whatever size you want and send it back

I had problems loading pics too. I downloaded a program I got from the audio and pictures secion here on WW.

I resized it to 25% and this is what it came too.
Hopefully it works..

Tanya, if you are using a pc, then you can get the MS image resizer here:http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx

Click on the link on the right side for the image resizer, and then you can re-size any image just by right-clicking and selecting "re-size image" in the menu.

Thanks guys, going out this weekend so I'll try posting some next week. I didn't even know there was a photography section on here - not good, there is already too much to read.
