I've been able to land a few backrolls, but I'm still not very good. What's the best technique, are you supposed to drop your back hand or hang on for life. I've done it both ways, but one handed seems the easiest. Just trying to learn the fundamentals.

I always let go with one to stop my rotation and the "experts" tell me that it's a bad habit. Holding on with both and keeping the handle in will help in getting a full rotation - if that's even an issue. I'm thinking that learning to stop the rotation without taking a hand off is a valuable skill if you want to start banging out more inverts.
