First Video: Sweet, Sweet Candy

My very first try at making a video. The filming wasn't the best because we didn't really know what we were doing but we are getting better, It was also one of my last rides before ACL surgery. comments welcome please, enjoy

i hope you don't mind, but here's a couple tips...

try to keep the camera as still as possible. if the footage still comes out shaky, and if you're using premiere pro, apply the tool/effect to "clean up" the clips. it's called steadymove plug-in by 2d3. just drag that effect over the clip that needs cleaning up.

careful though...you can't slow down the clip that has the steadymove tool. what you could do though is to apply the tool, then save the clip. then, re-import the clip, and voila, you can now adjust the speed.

Thanks everybody, I know i used far more transitions than i needed too but i had to deal with starting and stopping of the video right after a crash or something. I am hoping that the next one i won't have to compress as much to get it to work.

you can use dissolves and fades too. They can make the transitions smoother sometimes.

I used plenty of dissolves but when i would render it there would be little glitches from where whoever was filming would press pause too soon and it would go to the next scene, so when i used the flip page transitions it wasn't as noticeable...and like every good artist you just have to know when to walk away
