When the bungee cords on you racks finally let go, what are you guys using for replacements.

You can buy it at West Marine. Black elastic cord right?? They sell it on a roll and you buy what u need. You will need to reuse the metal clamps under the shrink rap. Shrink rap sold there to, use a hair dryer to reapply.

My boat came with a bad strap and I needed a quick fix. I took three small zip ties and some black tape to it and it's held up for over a year. Get some bungee at your local outlet (Macs, Northern, etc) and you should be able to make it work.

The shrink wrap would be way cooler though.
