Help me find this video

I think its was around here a few years ago.

Its with a kook on the dock, and he gets a pull from some guys in a Malibu, but he says Xstars are the coolest and he ties the rope in knots, and keeps talking about his tricks, etc. Kinda like Shaun Murray in the first Detention with the moto helmet and orange life vest. But this guy was for real kinda, the video was made for fun though. Help me find it
