If you are buying or selling a boat and go to NADA to determine the value, do you add the price of options that normally come with the boat?

Example: A 2005 Supra Launch 22ssv package comes standard with PP, Tower, and ballast system among other things. Do you add those to the price of the used boat price even though they come standard? You can see that adds $5K to the boat, but you can't get a Launch without these features. I believe all the things listed as options below come standard with the Launch.

Base Price
$33,650 $38,440
Options
Power Boat: ENTERTAINMENT
Stereo - am/fm CD player w/4 speakers $420 $475
Power Boat: SKI BOAT
Cruise Control $1,115 $1,270
Wake-Board Racks $285 $325
Wake-Board Tower $1,370 $1,560
Water Ballast System $1,300 $1,475
TOTAL PRICE $38,140 $43,545

I was pretty sure PP was standard in 07 but to be honest, I just assumed it was standard on an 05 too.

I had the same question about NADA back when I was shopping. I sent them an E mail and here is the response and official answer to your question!

Leonard,
Thank you for your inquiry. Regarding optional equipment, you only add these if they did not come from the manufacturer as standard. Thank you for using NADAguide.com.
Sincerely,

NADA guides for boats are based upon mathematics, not actual prices like cars are. There are simply not enough of each boat model to have statistical significance. That is why a Supra may be overpriced by the NADA guide while the Bayliner seems to be underpriced.

Most inboards hold their value much better than the NADA guides. Those that do sell at or below typically are in poor condition or have more hours than average.
