I have tried filling up the water tank, bring lots of people but when i do that it seams the side i jump on is all white wash.

you have to even it out with weight on each side, as far as water tank, do you mean ballast system or something else?

with an I/O the wake will never look like an inboard wake but with proper weighting it can get pretty decent.

what size motor? length of boat?

Weight will often case the wake to do other things, along with increasing the size (soft vs hard wake, wash out, lip size/shape). Most people running big weight also board faster and use longer lines.

Is it an I/O, not sure what an azure is. If it is, try trimming the outdrive. Fool around with it once your boat is weighted and see if you can get the wake to clean up.

i don't have any ballast tanks it's a water tank but our boat is a 24 foot and i belive it has a 350 mag not to sure tho
