it's a sports bar, maybe the owner likes boating. i know he likes hot girls, he has nights where they have topless girls getting painted and call it art. we all know it is just sex to sell a few beers, but i'm not complaining

That City hosted the after party for Wet Wednesdays when they were held on the Portland Waterfront at Whoo Song and Larry's. It's a nice sports bar in downtown PDX.
