i bought some fusion tower speakers of craigslist over the winter but they didnt come with the top part of the clamp. my idea was to just drill a hole through the tower and bolt them on..... however now that it came time to do this i am a little nervous on drilling holes into my tower and how stright i can get the two speakers.

does anyone know where i can replacement clamps? the speakers are these

Eric, I may have an extra set of fusion clamps that I would be able to just ship to you. Let me check the garage tomorrow and I will let you know.

When Fusion went out of business they started selling off all of their remaining inventory on eBay. Check there to see if you can get in contact with the seller and get you some clamps.

Everybody sells clamps. Whether the bottom half of the clamp is threaded or pass-thru its an easy modification to the clamp or pod. We used to drill out towers 11 or 12 years ago but we should be past that now.

Hey J Brenner did you ever find out if you had some Fusion speaker clamps...they have a groove to prevent them from spinning and loosening so I am interested in smaller clams, 1 7/8" i believe.

Hey Eric Schaefer, do you need the larger clamp 2 1/4", if so I have those, but need to find the smaller clamp for my tower.

Hey David, you are right we should be above drilling now, but if I can't find the right sized clamps (Fusion out of biz now) I won't be above using pvc to fill in the 3/4" gap between the clamp and tower.

Also Eric, do your Fusions have one clamp on each enclosure or two? I ask because I had an older version of the same enclosures that only had 1 clamp, that was horribly imbalanced and stripped the machine screws out of the bottom part of the clamp. You may want to check your bottom clamp threads to make sure they're not stripped, especially since the top part of the clamp was missing. I ended up adding my own 2nd clamp to each enclosure on the 5 1/2 speaker side by drilling out the can and rigging up some ugly but effective homemade clamps.
