I have an old supra closed bow. I want to add some weight under the bow and in the rear ski locker. What is a good weight to add in both areas? I have a tight budget so sand bags will be my form of weight unless there are ways to do so. Thanks all.

5 or 6 hundred pounds should get you started. your boat isn't huge. 1000 or so is probably where you'll end up. so start with 300 in back 200 up front. 60/40 is the general rule back/front. boat they're all different so move it around some to see what works best
