I am looking to upgrade my boat...i have found a super clean MC 190 w/ tower and factory ballast, perfect pass..with like 200 hours.

Anyone ride behind this boat? How is it overall?

I am not sure of the 2000 Prostar 190. However I have ridden in an '88 and a '93 Prostar 190 and the wake was really nice when weighted down properly.

We used to have a 93 prostar that we weighed down with a fat seat or with just a 580 sack in the back. The wake was really nice.

This boat is pretty much an X-5 as far as I know. The '98?-'00 Pro Stars were a terrible slalom boat, as there was a lot of prop wash, so I'm sure you can find them pretty cheap since it's a closed bow inboard with a small base of potential customers. I have never ridden behind one that I can remembers. I'd think you could weight it down pretty good though.
