Put my 03 210 in the water for the first time this year & the water is not circulating. Empt strainer. I took off the pump pully & belt & sounds like the impeller is spinning with the hub. If the keyway was broke seems to me the impeller would not spin? Going to replace the impeller anyway. Any other suggestions? Thanks!!!!!

Be sure after replacing the impeller, you check the old impeller fins. Make sure none broke off and possibly got through the filter to plug up some of the water jackets. Also be sure to check the Thermostat and make sure it is opening properly. You may even want to take it off and visually inspect it to be sure there is no corrosion.

check with your dealer to see if you have a faulty pump on there. It may need to be replaced

If it is an '03, I would take it in for warranty work.

Make sure the pump is primed and full of water before you put it in the water. There has been two times that the impellor was replaced in my boat and I had the same problem. Try a fake-a-lake and test it first before you take it out on the water.
