on my cheap board, has 1 center fin on front and rear. do they go in the same direction or opposite directions? do i need a front and rear fin?

this is board i got sunday just to see if i like boarding...i promse im getting a real board soon.

anyone rec a good board for a 180-185 pounder?
water is never really smooth here on the coast and im in an I/O if that matters.

They're both the same. The deep end goes toward the tip.

Any size suggestions for a board?

5'10" and 185.

The main page of Wakeworld has a board wizzard. Ride without fins and learn how to edge properly.

Trout-Im about your size and I ride a 141. As far as the type of board the best way is demo a few and see what you like best. If your riding in rough water your probably going to want fins.

thanks man. Im in coastal waters, always a tide and current, always somewhat rough or choppy. thanks for the fin tip.
