Semi Cusotom Ballast System

I was surfing this site last week and camoe across a link to a web site that offers systems that are somewhat premade. On that side they solf ou the pums and switches all mounted to a board. All you had to do was hook to the empty to the bildge and the in line to a water inlet. Now I cant remember the site name but I was looking at maybe buying one and I need the web address. I have looked all through my history and cant find it. So if someon could just post the site for me I would appreciate it.
