Adam, you've got them all confused. My board is a foam core, has CAPT & is made with a process using compression molding of the fiberglass. It's called a CWB. There are only a few cores, foam, aluminum honeycomb, balsa, there are also some that have fiberglass rods or pre-impregnated carbon sheeting for stiffness. CAPT is CWB's process of dishing out area to reduce swing weight, they remove material while keeping enough for strength. Most all wakeboards use compression molding. Basically the process involves hand laying resin soaked fiberglass matting on the core and then applying pressure in a mold so that it conforms to the contours of the board.
