1 hour from jaco. and san jose. punterenas I think the towns called. its right on the beach and we surfed every day checked out the city etc!
soo much fun!

yes, mal pais... ferry across the bay from punteranas and then drive around the tip of the Nicoya peninsula.. Unreal waves...

Next time give us a shout! I know it might not be that interesting to wakeboard for some when you're in CR and that you'd rather go surfing, but we can take you to some stunning spots. Very, very film-worthy!
And we'd gladly have some cuba libres with you guys. We're on Lake Arenal, www.flyzone-cr.com.
